Our in-house team includes a Psychology Lead, four Assistant Psychologists, an Activities Coordinator and a Nutritionist.

In 2026 about 33 staff completed trauma-informed practice training, alongside mental health and support-and-risk-planning workshops.

Standards and recognition

  • We meet the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit standards (2025-26).
  • Our women's service in Hammersmith & Fulham (Foxglove) is registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care. It is awaiting its first inspection and has no rating yet.
  • Finalist, Housing with Care Awards 2026, Activities Co-ordinator category.
  • Support records at every service are kept on a secure digital system.
  • Funded by 9 local authorities and the NHS.
