Each home below shows how many people it supports, the level of support, and who it's set up for. In our high-support homes, staff are there 24 hours a day. Everyone has their own room and shared spaces to spend time with others. Each home's page shows its rooms in detail.

How to apply for a place
- Find a home. Use the filters below, or the home finder.
- Refer online. Click "Refer to this home". The form opens with that home already chosen.
- Assessment. Our median time from referral to assessment is 3 days.
- Visit and move in. You are welcome to visit first. We plan the move with you and the person.

The exact configuration varies by property, but the baseline standard is the same across all eighteen homes:
- En-suite bedrooms with kitchenettes in each room across fifteen properties
- Self contained flat and studios with built in kitchens at Rosewood House, a step-down option
- Ten self-contained studio flats at Hounslow House, our move-on service
- Shared kitchen and lounge facilities in all properties for the people we support who want to be social
- 24 hour staffing at high supported services; on call duty manager 365 days a year
- Keyless entry, 24 hour CCTV, and free Wi Fi throughout
- Residential streets, residential buildings, not institutional settings
- Short and long term placements offered
