Sukhbir Singh
Founder & Managing Director
Sukhbir started Diverse Services in 2022 after twelve years working in care across West London. He grew up in the same communities he now supports, and built this company to give people the kind of care he would want for his own family. He still picks up the phone himself, and meets every commissioner personally.

Chris
Assistant Director
Chris is a qualified and registered social worker with 35 years of experience in the sector. His depth of knowledge and long standing dedication to social care underpins much of how Diverse Services operates and continues to grow.
Karis
Head of Operations & Support Services
Karis is a fully qualified Addictions Counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Addiction Psychology & Counselling. She is a fully qualified Motivational Interviewing practitioner, trained by Steven Rollnick himself, and is co author of a published study in the Journal of Addictive Behaviours. With 14 years in the sector, Karis oversees the operational and support framework that keeps our services running effectively and compassionately.
Jai Raj Saundh
Service Manager
Jai holds a BSc in Mathematics & Statistics, an MBA in Finance, and a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. With 13 years in health and social care, including work with people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, he brings both analytical rigour and genuine warmth to the day to day running of our services.
Leanne Harding
Female Services Manager
Leanne manages our female only services, with over 12 years of experience in supported housing and mental health. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex and further training in Counselling Skills, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT techniques. Her broad knowledge and hands on experience make her a steady, trusted presence for the people she supports.
Nikesh
Housing & Maintenance Manager
Nikesh oversees property, facilities, and maintenance across our supported accommodation. He holds a BTEC in IT Practitioners, a BSc in Business Management with Finance, and is part qualified CIMA. With six years managing facilities and housing for supported accommodation, he coordinates builders, landlords, broadband, CCTV engineers, and everything in between. He also holds qualifications in PAT Testing, Health & Safety, Electrical Installation, Legionella, Fire Safety, Fire Marshall, and First Aid.
Anastasia
Psychology Lead
Anastasia leads our psychological support offer, with around 17 years of experience working internationally across three countries, including 13 years in the UK. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Dance and Movement Psychotherapy, allowing her to offer both traditional and creative therapeutic approaches. She works one to one, in groups, and supports training across the organisation.
Ruoqi Tang
Assistant Psychologist
Ruoqi holds a BMed in Psychiatry, an MSc in Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology. Her experience spans neuropsychology, psychiatric intensive care, special educational needs, learning disability support, and crisis line volunteering. She is also a trainee person centred counsellor and brings a thoughtful, multi disciplinary perspective to her work.
Abenaya
Nutritionist
Abenaya holds a BSc in Human Nutrition & Health and an MSc in Clinical and Public Nutrition. She brings experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including children and young people with learning difficulties in educational settings. She tailors nutritional advice to individual needs, facilitates groups, and ensures that the support we provide addresses the whole person, not just mental health.
Natasha
Activities Coordinator
Natasha holds a Diploma in Occupational Therapy and is a certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. She worked as an Occupational Therapist from 2008 to 2017 before moving to the UK, where she spent seven years as a Recovery Support Worker. Since joining Diverse Services in 2024, she has been delivering person centred activities that promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
